I purchased the US plug as it works the same in Canada. Upon connecting the device, I clicked the ON button once and the light turned blue (for cold air) and pressed again for the hot air (the red light). The air coming out is not strong so generally it will take the shoes and clothes 40-60 minutes to dry. It’s useful when you only need to wash one item and not a whole load of laundry.
